All right guys, we’ve got a special set of new and old shows lined up on Toonami’s first night back!

Tonight’s Toonami Line-Up:

1. Bleach

First we have our ever pleasing dose of Bleach as we continue the Arrancar: Decisive Battle Karakura Arc EDIT: This semi-okay filler arc about their zanpakuto going rebel! This is one of the old/new shows depending on how you would like to categorize it. It was not part of the original Toonami but is a very big part of Adult Swim.

2. Deadman Wonderland

Next we start with a completely new anime called Deadman Wonderland. If you’ve ever wondered how fun prison can be, this would probably take the cake [besides SuperJail!]. Think amusement park—add some inmates on deathrow for the entertainment and you’ve basically got people finding fun in watching inmates die to extend their life.

3. Casshern Sins

Afterwards we have Casshern Sins. I, personally, have not heard much of this anime and nor have a watched it. It is one of the new lineups for tonight alongside Deadman Wonderland. I’ve seen it out on Netflix and DVD—if they are showing it on Adult Swim then I will assume it’s going to be a goodie.

4. Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood

One of our most favorite and adored anime takes the fourth spot: Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood! While not quite new and not quite old, this is a redone FMA to follow the manga. If you haven’t seen it yet, then it is a must you watch this tonight.

5. Ghost in the Shell

Ghost in the Shell [Stand Alone Complex] has joined the lineup for Toonami! A very well-liked and classic anime that everyone can enjoy. I’m not sure what episode they’re going to start on, but even if you’re confused while watching it you won’t be able to take your eyes off the screen!

6. Cowboy Bebop

Cowboy Bebop takes the 2:30 am slot! Everyone knows and loves this old goodie! It was originally shown on the original Toonami back in the day, where coming home from school to watch the show was the highlight of all the kids! You don’t need to know exactly what the plot is to be able to get into it—go with the flow.

Can we take a moment to quell our boners over the second half of this lineup?
